Our Metal Working Equipment has the capability to turn/mill a wide verity of materials with a large work area of 13” x 60” x Ø 26” Swing with full 5-axis CNC.

ID grinding from Ø .125” to Ø 12” with a tolerance of .0002”.

Surface grinding, 12” x 24” x 8” with a maximum tolerance of .0002”.

OD equipment has the capability to grind between centers with Ø 12” x 36” long. For centerless grinding, we can handle diameters ranging from Ø .062” to Ø 5.00” with .0002” tolerance and a finish of 2 RMS or better (mirror finish) also we can chuck grind Ø 24” x 12” long.

Our inspection equipment features digital micrometers from 0-10” with accuracy of .00005”. Our Zeiss CMM handles parts 35” x 47” x 31” up to 2200lbs with an accuracy of .000004” (.0001mm).
